Who We Are

Gratitude Garden is operated by Plexiri (“Plexiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Gratitude Garden mobile app, widget, and related support pages.

Gratitude Information You Enter

The app lets you manually create gratitude entries. An entry may include text, a date, a selected mood, an optional photo you choose from your photo library, and related garden progress such as plants, growth stages, streaks, milestones, and settings.

We do not operate an account system for Gratitude Garden. We do not receive, collect, sell, rent, or share the gratitude entries, moods, photos, garden progress, streaks, or settings you enter in the app.

Photos You Choose

If you add a photo to an entry, the app stores a compressed copy of the photo with that entry. Gratitude Garden only receives photos that you intentionally select through Apple’s photo picker. The app does not scan your photo library, upload your photos to Plexiri, or use photos for advertising or tracking.

Data Stored On Your Device and iCloud

Gratitude Garden stores app data using Apple’s local app storage. The app is also configured to use Apple CloudKit private database sync so your entries and garden data may sync through your personal iCloud account across your Apple devices when iCloud is enabled.

CloudKit data is handled by Apple under your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Plexiri does not run a separate cloud database for Gratitude Garden and does not have an account system that lets us view your synced entries.

You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device. You can manage iCloud data according to Apple’s iCloud settings and operating system controls.

Widgets and Shared App Storage

Gratitude Garden includes a home screen widget. The widget reads limited app data from shared Apple App Group storage on your device so it can display gratitude stats such as streaks and counts. This sharing happens locally between the app and widget and does not send data to Plexiri.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Gratitude Garden asks Apple’s notification system for permission to schedule local reminders on your device. Reminder settings such as whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time are stored on your device.

Notifications are optional. You can turn them off in the app settings or in your device notification settings.

Information We May Receive If You Contact Us

If you email us or otherwise contact Plexiri for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, your message, screenshots, or diagnostic details you decide to include.

We use that information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain our business records.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Gratitude Garden does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information depending on your Apple device settings and Apple’s policies. That information is handled through Apple’s systems and is not connected to the gratitude entries you manually create in Gratitude Garden.

Children’s Privacy

Gratitude Garden is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because your gratitude entries and photos may be personal, protecting access to your device and Apple ID is important. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID where available, enabling appropriate Apple ID protections, and keeping your device software up to date.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, operational, or App Store requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows when the policy was last revised.
